Windows 7, VM issue

Hi,

I'm using FN11.2.
Processor: Xeon E3 1225
RAM: 8GB

i've got this message while trying to install WIN7.
Error Message "Windows Setup could not configure Windows to run on this computer's hardware."
How to solve this, please help.

Probably limitation due to lack of RAM.
