On a test system, we set up freenas with AD integration and set up our domain admin as the volume owner and created a cifs share. One thing that we've noticed is that though a Windows 7 client there's a Red X in the ACL against the domain administrator, but we don't see that on an xp client or server 2003 machine. The share seems to be fine in terms of access though. We don't see the same issue on other standard windows shares on the test network with the administrator user through win7, so it seems to be only with this particular share. Is that normal behaviour or does it point to a config error within freenas?
