Windows 10 Unable to Map Network Drive to FreeNAS SMB service

Hi, I've followed a few online tutorials to configure my first FreeNAS system on the FreeNAS Mini hardware however my windows 10 PC is unable to connect to the SMB share I've set up. When I go to map a network drive to the share I am prompted for network credentials -- However I have to enter the credentials twice and then get prompted with the following message from windows:

The SMB share on the freeNAS device is set to allow access to a group 'Video Team' and the user account is a part of this group. Are there any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue or additional information needed?
