Will WD model WD30EZRX work without problem?

Hi:

I'm considering exchanging 2 of the samsung on my volume 1 (the ones that seem to have bad sectors) by 2 WD 3TB models WD30EZRX. will this drive work without problems? Will i have to use WDIDLE tool to turn off the idle feature? Or will i have any problems with the called TELR, or this is not an issue with freenas?
