Will TrueNAS Mini E/X/XL customizations be lost after reinstall?

I intend on replacing the TrueNAS Mini supplied SATADOM boot drive and re-installing the OS on redundant SSDs. Will a complete system re-installation eliminate the custom TrueNAS Mini E/X/XL graphics (see example on attached picture) and other features that are part of TrueNAS when supplied by ixsystems as part of a complete system?

Is there a better way for migrating to different boot drive(s), instead of doing a complete re-install?

This is another example of the custom graphics/functionality I was referring to. Any ideas?

The enclosure management should still work. The TrueNAS CORE software detects the hardware model and then activates the enclosure management that matches that specific hardware model.

Thank you for clarifying this! Would there be any other configuration that iXsystem does to the Mini units before they ship out that I should save or back up before a full reinstall? E.g. are there any logs I could retain? I understand that all units are tested by iXsystem before they are shipped, is that correct?

Back up a copy of your config before you do the reinstall and restore it afterwards and you should be all set.
