Will this AMD board work?

Looking at updating my old nas box to a free NAS setup for home. I was looking at this board/cpu combo. Would it work?

It's a textbook example of what not to buy, as you'd know if you'd read the Hardware Recommendations sticky.

• AMD is dubious.
• Painfully slow processor.
• Useless GPU.
• Useless audio.
• Worthless Realtek RTL8111 GbE controller.
• Limited to 16GB of RAM.
• Dubious entry-level consumer quality (a.k.a. crap).

Lenovo TS140 or Dell T20 plus a 2x8GB DDR3 ECC kit. Takes 4-5 HDDs, is cheap, ticks all boxes.
