Will there any VPN server service on 8.1 version?

That's a great idea and I would LOVE to see VPN functionality in the near future as well.

it's already there; ipsec is standard part of freebsd, isakmpd is one of the key-managers.
Botg AH and ESP is supported, and i have seen them interoparate with d-link nat-boxes.

And how to config it?

Normally with "/usr/local/etc/isakmpd/isakmpd.conf" but i see that
isakmpd and other parts needed are absent from the distribution.

There is however an /etc/rc.d/ipsec function that uses
/sbin/setkey to add manual keys, maybe not an optimal solution.
