Why has the GUI in TrueNAS changed so that documentation is not possible to follow?

Is it just me, or do others wish they could click a button and make the TRUENAS Core match the great tutorials that are available online?

Even the documentation at TrueNas doesn't match anything I am seeing in the latest release.

Do I need to format my Trunas Core and start over with an old release of Freenas to be able to follow the hundreds of online recorded how to steps?

I am not impressed with my selection for NAS software.

Fundamentally, the processes haven't changed much, though things have moved around a bit.
