In the past, i would just look into the plugin collection to check if there was a new plugin version before executing the update as there is little sense of running the update command just to find out whether there is an update. Since 11.3U1, i noticed that for many plugins, the version is indicated as N/A. Why is that and can it be fixed?

I notice that many popular plugins, such as Plex and Nextcloud, now don't display the version numbers. I wonder what the reasons are behind this?
