Why commas in Rsync Task Extra Options?

Hi, I'm trying to customize an rsync task but these commas in the Extra Options puzzle me. I haven't entered them. It looks like the show up in lieu of spaces. Should I be concerned or not?

Motherboard: Supermicro X11SSM-F, Micro-ATX, LGA1151, ECC=yes, Chipset=C236, 8 SATA3 ports, 2 Intel I210-AT 1GbE network cards, IPMI 01.63, BIOS 2.7.
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1275 v6 (Kaby Lake) - 3.8-4.2 GHz, 4-cores, 8-threads, TDP: 73W.
RAM: 2 x Samsung M391A2K43BB1-CRC, 16GB, DDR4, 288-pin, 2400Mhz, Unbuffered ECC RAM (approved by SuperMicro).
Case: Fractal Design Node 804, MicroATX.
PSU: Sea Sonic G-550, 550W, 80+ Gold, Semi-Modular, ATX.
Storage: 1 ZFS pool > 1 mirrored vdev > 2 x Samsung QVO 870 MZ 77Q8T0 8TB SSDs.
UPS: CyberPower CP900EPFCLCD, 900VA, 540W, Pure Sine Wave.
Cooling: Noctua NH-U9S 92mm fan cools down CPU; Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM 120mm [intake] + Noctua NF-A14 PWM 140mm [exhaust] cool down SSDs.
Running since June 2017.
