Which SMB min/ max Version?

Hi,

is there a preference which SMB Version min/max I have to set If I use only Windows 7 and 10 clients that use SMB protocol?
SMB3 is not the best option or I do anything wrong. If I set SMB3 as max protocol version I can't mount ISO Images over network.

SMB3 - MAX
NT1 - MIN (If you want to allow SMB1 Connections)
SMB2 - MIX (If you want to only allow SMB2 + Connections)
