Hi All,

After reading many threads on the Forum I've decided to upgrade my current hardware to server quality rather than my current consumer hardware.

I wanted to go with Supermicro X9SCM-F
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/supermicro-x9scm-f-xeon-motherboard

The problem is I have only found one stockist of Supermicro MB's in UK and they are currently out of stock and can give me no idea of when they are going to restock.

Is this MB a viable alternative ? Asus P8C WS Workstation
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus...a-iii-6gb-s-sata-raid-pcie-30-(x16)-dvi-i-atx

Can someone suggest another supplier of Supermicro MB's in the UK or are ther other MB suggestions that I've overlooked. Any help/suggestions would be greatly recieved.

Got my X9SCM-iiF from http://www.servercase.co.uk

Showing as out of stock on all of the X9SCM range at the moment, was the same when i ordered mine. Gave them a call, due to low volumes/demand they tend to order/ship direct from Supermicro in the US. Placed an order and it arrived in a couple of days (though this depends where you hit on their ordering cycle). Best price around I could find and very helpfull on the phone.

Might be worth a shot.

Many thanks - Another supplier to make a note of.
