Which CPU to buy

Looking for recommendations.

I plan to run multiple virtual machines (mainly Ubuntu) on the same box as FreeNAS. The majority of hardware has been ordered (LSI 9220-8i, 16GB RAM, Design R3 case, Be Quiet PSU). However I can't decide between the G620, G850, or i3 2120 processors.

The 2120 is roughly double the price of the 620, with the other processor in the middle.

Which one would you choose, and why?
