which apc ups driver?

Hi folks,

Which apc ups driver should I pick for the following UPS:
APC BR1500G Back-UPS Pro 1500VA 10-outlet Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

There was a bunch of drivers listed and I wasn't exactly sure which one to go with.

The UPS_HID one typically works well, IIRC.

I'm guessing maybe the APC ups 2 Smart-UPS USB USB (usbhid-ups)?

Try that one. If something's wrong, use the apcsmart one.

Thats what I use for my BR1000G and it works near flawlessly.

Hi, uses the same(usbhid-ups) for my APC Back-UPS Pro 900V with usb cable connected. Working great! Setup FreeNAS as "NUT-server" that tells my other computer to shutdown

looks like it's working fine for me. it sent me an email when it went on battery and when it was plugged back into the wall:

ONBATT - ups
ONLINE - ups

will this shut down both the freenas box and my web server that I have hooked up to the UPS or just the freenas box when it gets low on the battery?
