There are no "s.m.a.r.t. test reports", as such. Tests run, and they either pass or they fail. If they fail, you're notified (in the GUI at least, and by email if you've configured email alerts). If you want to check on your own, log in to the cli and run smartctl -a /dev/ada0 (or whatever disk you're interested in).

Do you have email reporting set up for SMART? It's a separate configuration from the root user's email.

i think i did not configure the mail...

but if there were an alert . why it did not show in the alert\notification bar ?
