When installing PBI it says creating jail template and ends

I configured jails - then went to Plugins and selected install Crashplan (I tried a few more with same results) - it brings up a bar that states that Jail template is being created and it will take some time - it does take some time but eventually just returns to the plugin selection screen - showing nothing was installed.

Which version of FreeNAS? 32 or 64 bit?

Working with 64 bit - though I seem to be having same problem with 32 bit.... but I hadn't spent much time working on it.
