when delete pdf will restore

Dear all,
Many end user report that when delete /move pdf file will restore.

I try to testing that case.
Another computer still exists when I delete the pdf .
My computer will restore the pdf I click F5 refresh the folder.
But the pdf is error, some user report the pdf no problem.


Same cas on freenas 9.2 and 9.10.1
