BUILD what Mobo to buy

So now that plex has a freebsd build, i'm looking to move everything into a new box.

I have a norco 4020 sitting that i would like to use.

Here what i will reuse
12x 2TB Green Drives (WD Green)
2x M1015 Sata controllers
2x SSD drives

The setup i have now is using cheap desktop parts. And i need a nice beefy CPU for transcoding (plex)

So i got it down to 3 choices (i think), any pro and cons? Trying to stay less then $250.

The ASrock has the most features for the price. But I'm not sure about them yet. Thoughts?

Get a beefier CPU if you need one.. More ECC RAM.. As much ECC ram as you can get.. Supermicro... It's worth it!..
