What is my FTP credentials?

I recently installd WordPress in phpmyadmin wich I have installd on my freenas server using this turtorial http://www.iceflatline.com/2011/11/how-to-install-apache-mysql-php-and-phpmyadmin-on-freebsd/ and when i try to change the them in wordpress it asks me for my ftp credidentials wich I don't know.

Does anybody know how to set this up or what hostname and FTP Username and password I should use?
I'm kind of a noob with all this.

Yes I did everything in a jail

WordPress asking for ftp credentials is for the location of the wordpress install. It has nothing to do with the FreeNAS system.

You would need to set up an ftp within your jail to handle it. There is no ftp installed by default in a WordPress setup. The FreeNAS ftp has nothing to do with it

Okay I managed to get past that login by giving group and other write permission to the jail. Now I only have the problem that I get Unable to locate WordPress Content directory (wp-content).
