Weird files in transmission download folder

I have some weird files in my downloads folder that seem to be created by transmission. Transmission is the only pbi/plugin that uses this folder so I'm totally confused.

they look like this:

Pickles is just the user on my Mac I think, I can only get rid of the files by resetting file permissions on the freenas. Not sure why these files are being created, or the owner of them.

Any help would be great, I'm quite new to FreeNAS but if you need any extra info please let me know and I'll try to post it ASAP.

Nope still there and more appear each day :( I was hoping someone else had the same issue. No idea where to start diagnosing this issue
