WebUI spins up the zpool disks

When I open the Scale 13.10 webUI it spins up the disks in my z1 data zpool. This pool is not my system pool, so I was expecting it will keep the disks in the spundown situation.

Is there a way to disable this, keeping the disks in spindown while browsing through the webUI (not accessing the disk/storage sections)?
