I am having the same issue with Chrome, and I vaguely remember that it is a known bug that is being addressed in 11.1. I switch to Safari on the same machine, no problem. To further exacerbate the issue, it is intermittent. Sometimes Chrome will load perfectly. When it is not loading, I have tried rebooting both server and client, flushing Chrome cache, refreshing the page, etc. Nothing seems to remedy.
As of this moment, all three machines are loading fine with Chrome, but I have read that using <shift> refresh will correct, but I have no way to test at the moment.
Incidentally, this same issue has been seen in IE, Edge, Safari, and Chrome. It just appears to be much more prevalent in Chrome.
