Web Gui not show after fresh install

Hello Everybody!!!
I have a problema with freenas 11.2 after fresh install over VMware machine. The webgui isn't showing, so I cant Access to my FreeNass…

This is my first install on Freenas (for years I have been QNAP user)… But now my idea its configure my own NAS... But Im stopped too early...

Can you help me with this problema? I configured 2 LAN... The first in NAT mode and the second in Bridge mode… but no success...
