Wake-on-Lan when in shutdown mode

Is it possible to wake up my FreeNAS server when its in shutdown state?

I know this is possible with windows, by setting a few things in device manager for the NIC, and BIOS of course. See here: http://www.rtsecurity.com/kb/tech/wakeonlan.php

My question is, if I enable pci device power on in my BIOS, is FreeNAS already configured to allow wake on lan?

Did you even search for Wake On LAN? You could get the answer on your own if you did...
