VPN providers with IPFW rules support

I’m setting up freenas with transmission in a jail. I want transmission to connect through VPN only. For this setup I followed this tutorial:

IPFW rules are used for this setup. Unfortunately ExpressVPN doesn’t support it. Any recommendations besides AirVPN or maybe a different setup without IPFW?

No not yet. There are a lot of tutorials in this forum and online but none with clear steps and proven working. I’ll let you know if I find a solution.
