Vmxnet3 network card speed less than 10G

10.0.0.0/24 network segment is the network segment between virtual machines. No Wul switch is used to ensure the normal test.
This speed is not up to the standard of vmxnet3, and the test between win10 can reach 10G speed.


How do I set it up? Why read speed can reach 4 G, write speed only 2 G?

Considering this is all done in memory and CPU we will need the full details of all the hardware and configuration.

Couple of things I did that improved speed.

Disabled autotune.
Removed all autotune settings

Enabled Jumbo Frames on my network
Added MTU 9000 option to the interface in freenas

I've still got issues but these improved the speed.
