Nope. jpaetzel just confirmed it isn't in FreeNAS 9.2.0. It was going to be, but then they figured out the latency issues were more with ZFS, so that's what they worked on instead.

Interesting. For something that isn't there, it sure looks like it's there... iscsid, iscsictl, ctld, etc., are all there. I haven't actually verified the kernel module is functional.

I think Josh maybe meant that the new subsystem wasn't being exposed to users yet. That's a totally typical FreeNASism.

Okay, that's nice and great and all. Doesn't seem to contradict. I just wish it was easier to determine what the referenced problem WAS and what the resolution was. Argh.

fwiw the kernel iSCSI stuff went in on Oct 26 2013.
