VM TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.2 2TB used on SMB share (16TB Pool) and only read access anymore

Hi
we have a VM TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.2 with 2TB used on SMB share (16TB Pool) and only read access anymore. at 2 TB used space ist stops writing to disk.
can someone help?
