VM resolution is only 800*600

I installed Windows 10 on the VM, and the resolution cannot be changed, only 800*600 can be selected. Why can't I adjust the resolution?

Whether it is WEBUI or vnc viewer client, the resolution cannot be adjusted after all

Can you change the resolution at the W10 desktop?

My Ubuntu VMs will let me change the resolution within the OS and that works great.

The builtin VNC is barely enough for installation. I recommend using RDP to actually use the VM.

Hi, it's been a few years, but to leave the solution to other users.
To allow to change the resolution in Windows, you must install the application "Latest virtio-win-guest-tools.exe"
from the official repository:

https://github.com/virtio-win/virtio-win-pkg-scripts/tree/master
