I'm having no bridged networking connectivity on my windows vms. NAT works though. It was working but now it refuses to allow vas to get dhcp ip from the router or work with fixed ip address.

Topology: Freenas FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201503150158 > Airport Express 802.11n bridged > Apple TC 802.11ac (router and DHCP).

ifconfig shows bridged if assigned to re0 (my nic) and jail nic (epair5a i assume).

Code:
bridge0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 1500 ether 02:e5:30:08:f7:00 nd6 options=1<PERFORMNUD> id 00:00:00:00:00:00 priority 32768 hellotime 2 fwddelay 15 maxage 20 holdcnt 6 proto rstp maxaddr 2000 timeout 1200 root id 00:00:00:00:00:00 priority 32768 ifcost 0 port 0 member: epair7a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 15 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: epair6a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 14 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: epair5a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 13 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: epair4a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 12 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: epair3a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 11 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: epair2a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 10 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: epair1a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 9 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: epair0a flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 8 priority 128 path cost 2000 member: re0 flags=143<LEARNING,DISCOVER,AUTOEDGE,AUTOPTP> ifmaxaddr 0 port 2 priority 128 path cost 200000

vboxnet_enable was configured as troubleshooting in jail's /etc/rc.conf.

I might be short on info for diagnosis but if you lead me to it I will try to get it. restart of routers and freenas was done. I must point again that this worked a week ago and no matter what i could not get it working again (jail was deleted and rebuilt from scratch).

Thanks for the help

Some additional info. I've deleted some plugins, leaving only plex, transmission, sickrage and couchpotato. I have a standard jail as well. After plugin deletion, the interfase for bridged networking changed from epair5b to epair4b. Changed VM settings didn't worked as well.

Thanks.

I know several people have tried to get this to work (it works for me at home with the template that everyone else installs). Unfortunately I don't know what is wrong and since I'm not at home right now I can't really look to see what may be broken. :/

Did you happen to figure out the problem already?

My setup works with bridged and DHCP just fine. It does annoy me however since the template seems to use an older version prior to FreeNAS 9.3, I can't get netstat to work from within the jail.

Further info. Connected freenas directly to one of the TC ports and does not works. Either I'm exceeding Apple's supported Mac address per port, or there is another problem in Freenas.
