Virtual Machine not working

Hey all.
I'm running FreeNAS-11.2-U7 (Build Date: Nov 19, 2019 0:4) on dual Xeon E5420's. I'm trying to get a VM running with Bodhi with no success. I installed the VM with the default settings and selected the iso to boot from, which I have stored locally on the same dataset as the iso file. I ran

grep VT-x /var/run/dmesg.boot

and got VT-x: HLT,PAUSE as a response. Virtualization is enabled in the bios. My gut is telling me my cpu is too old. Is that the case?

Does the CPU have the features required? Don't recall them off the top of my head, but they are in the user manual.

"FreeNAS® VMs use the bhyve(8) virtual machine software. This type of virtualization requires an Intel processor with Extended Page Tables (EPT) or an AMD processor with Rapid Virtualization Indexing (RVI) or Nested Page Tables (NPT)."

Yea I figured that out this morning. Unfortunately it looks like my CPU doesn't support the features required...
