VCenter vms migration to TrueNas Storage

Please team I am pretty new to TrueNas and VCenter and i have a project to migrate our datacenter VMs residing on ESXI VCenter to TrueNas and i would be glad if the best practices and steps to follow to prevent any loss of Data.

I would seriously consider hiring someone to do that kind of work. It usually has a complexity that goes way above what can reasonably be handled via a forum. Plus there is the legal side ...
