VBox Jail

I've been looking around for some detailed notes about the whole process of setting up a Jail to contain VirtualBox... unsuccessfully. If anybody has any links, could you please post them here? I know I saw one at some point, but I've been unable to locate it again, now that I'm ready to try. Ultimately, my VBox will contain a Windows installation.

http://sphinx.freenas.org/freenas.html#using-the-phpvirtualbox-template provides an overview. The screen looks a bit different, as it's for 9.3, but the basic idea of using the phpvirtualbox template is the same.

I'm looking for a guide to assist me in actually installing VBox into a Jail. I know there's a template for the Jail, but how do I install it and configure it?
