Vaultwarden migrate sqlite to PostgreSQL

Hey Guys, hope someone can help me :)

I switched my Nas os from OMV to Truenas Scale.
Vaultwarden works in OMV via Docker in SQL Database.
Vaultwarden in truenas Scale works with PostgreSQL.
How can i migrate my old sqlite Database in the new PostgreSQL for truenas ?
Is this possible to change the Database format for vaultwarden?
Where can i find the database in truenas ?
