Hi,
i have a USB Printer and a Jail with CUPS to publish that print to the network.
The Printer hast Energysaving settings that will put the printer into sleep mode and wake it up when a print job is there via USB.
When I connect the printer to my truenas and forward that printer to the jail a can print without a problem. But when the printer will go to sleep it instantly wakes up again regardless if the CUPS Jail is running or not. Being connected to the Truenas is enough to not go into sleepmode
It is a HP Laserjet Pro 400 M401dn
Has anyone of you an idea what to change in TrueNAS to allow the printer to go to sleep?
cheers
