USB Failing For Install

Hello,

I have downloaded to ISO and used Win32DiskImager to add the files to a 16GB USB flash drive. What happens is there are 2 partitions now D: and E: but when I boot with USB first it does nothing at all.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Try the User Guide and follow the method outlined there using the proven utilities
listed in the directions, I use Rufus which is super easy.
