Hi,

I'm attempting to connect TrueNAS Scale to my UPS as a slave. This currently works on a separate TrueNAS Core install with the same settings.

TrueNAS Core settings:

TrueNAS Scale settings:

When running the upsc APC_Back-UPS_Pro_1500@192.168.0.1:3493 command on TrueNAS Scale it continually times out.

I've attempted the changes in this thread (which is maybe only for master setups?), but those settings don't fix it.

When running nut client status on the TrueNAS server I get the following:

As I recall, I needed to set Remote Monitor to get my "multiple slave" situation (2 "Cores" on pfsense Master) working. It is set that way now - but I do not remember the details that lead up to it.

Thanks for the tip. Gave it a try, still timeouts unfortunately. I should note I don't have that set on my TrueNAS Core install and it still works fine.

Does anything show up in the master's log when you try to connect with the Scale client?
