UPS PowerWalker VI 750 R1U

Hi Guys,
I only found old topics for this UPS. does anybody got it running?
it looks like @Njanja found a solution, but no details where shared.

I tried the blazer_usb and usbhid-ups drivers but both result in:

Communication with UPS PowerwalkerVI750R1U lost.

did anybody get this running?

According to the screen shot from his last post, he was able to communicate to the VI 750 R1U using the USBHID-UPS driver. Not sure if all the values were correct.

1. Did you leave the "Port or Hostname" set to auto?
2. Did you try the serial connection?
3. Have you tried direct messaging @Njanja?

1. yes I did
2. just did, same result as every other Driver i tried

3. just did, but the user was last seen nov 2021, so my hopes are not high

as you show in your screenshot my UPS is not listed, my guess is that one manufacturer will not have a different drivers for each model, so I tried some other powerwalker drivers, all result in the same error...

It works like it should, one need to stop the passthrough of your USB devices to your VM...

How to stop the passthrough? If I don't setup it? And virtual machines don't have PCI passthrough devices?
