Hi!
I am running apcupsd on another machine and tried to set up NUT on FreeNas-9.10.2-U5 (561f0d7a1).
It does not work.
I'll appreciate any hints how to get this running.

But in the meantime, I wanted to deactivate NUT, as it produces errors every 5 seconds:
Code:
Jun 19 21:56:21 freenas upsmon[37783]: Poll UPS [APC550@192.168.192.20:3551] failed - Driver not connected
Jun 19 21:56:26 freenas upsmon[37783]: Set username on [APC550@192.168.192.20:3551] failed: Write error: Broken pipe

What can I do to stop nut/upsmon an all applicable services.
From the web-interface, I did not find a possibility.

Thanks
Joe

See my "Configuring UPS support for single or multiple FreeNAS servers" post in Resources.

Make sure you've configured the same TCP/IP port, user name, and password on both the local and remote systems.

Good luck!
