Hi,
I have a new Cyber Power CP900EPFCLCDa UPS that i have connected to my TrueNAS SCALE Cobia Beta 1 system. No matter what combination of settings i try in Services>UPS i keep getting the below error:
I have tried different Cyber Power UPS models in the model dropdown list which all use the usbhid-ups driver but still have the issue.
I can see that the device is connected in system logs:
Below is output of upsd
I'm at a loss at how i can fix this. I used to have an old CyberPower Value series UPS and have used the same settings (except model) in UPS settings in TrueNAS with no issue so i can't work out what's going wrong.
I'm unsure if this is a new model of UPS that may not be supported by the usbhid-ups driver or NUT or a bug with the Cobia Beta 1 release.
Any pointers as to how i may be able to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
