UPS: CyberPower GX1500U appears to be working!

This device is not listed in the https://networkupstools.org/stable-hcl.html but I got it to work by choosing the `usbhid-ups$CP1500AVRLCD` driver in the UPS config menu under "Cyber Power Systems ups 2 CP1500AVRLCD`

Not to necro a thread, but thank you for this! Was having issues getting communication working and this fixed it :) Hopefully it gets added to the UPS tools site
