Uploading plugins creates jail as customplugin_1. Unable to change customplugin_1 name.

Had issues with installing PlexMedia Server plugin and decided to manually download .pbi and upload to server. Creates plugin as customplugin_1 without any way to change the name. Deleted and reinstalled plugin and was able to set name as plexmediaserver_1(Not thrilled about it, but fine). Tried the same with couchpotato and does the same thing. So I can't change the name of these plugins if I manually upload? Am I missing something?

Nope, that's by design. With Plugins you get what you get. If you want to customize, you instead use Jails.
