Hi Guys,
I would like to upgrade my RAID-1 mirror I have in my freenas system that contains 2x 500GB hard drives for 2 larger hard drives.
Is it a simple case of going into the volume status of that mirror and then clicking replace, shutting the freenas system down and then replacing the hard drive?
If replacing the hard drives (1 by 1 as I don't want to lose data), will the re silvering be done automatically and also the remaining free space be available?
Ive had a look at the manual but i'm a bit confused.
Thanks :)
