upgrading a mirrored harddisk size in FreeNas 11.2

Hi all

I have upgraded to the new stable version of 11.2.
My set up is the data drives are mirrored. (currently both drives are 1TB each).

I wish to physically upgrade to 2TB each. How can I do this?

Please advice.

My initial thoughts was to take out 1 disk and replace it it to a 2 TB, then when mirror is completed, put out the old 1TB and do likewise.
will this ideal automatically give e a 2TB capacity each disk?

Don’t take out a disk before resilvering the new one. Use replace to swap one of the old drives with one of the new, then rinse and repeat when the first is done. This is much safer as all disks are present throughout the whole process. The manual tells what to do, just skip the offlinesteps
