Upgraded to 11.3-U1 and ACL Page Spins Forever

Hello,

I've recently upgraded to 11.3-U1 and am attempting to create a SMB share. When attempting to edit the ACL for the share the page just spins forever, see attached screenshot.

Any ideas?
