Upgraded iocage jails to 13.0 successfully but killed apps.

Two servers and 7 iocage jails between them. Had some time to do maintenance and decided to upgrade. Everything went fine and jails show 13.0 p13. However, Sonarr Radarr, Sab, and ONE Emby (running on both servers) won't come up.
I tried service sonarr start. and it poses no error. I've restarted the jails and the servers but nada. I find it odd that one Emby is down and the other up.
I could use some help on diagnosing this. I can ssh into server and console into jails.
