Upgrade to 11.2-U3 Broke My Jail Mountpoints GUI

After upgrading two different ways from 11.2-U2.1 to U3, my jail mountpoints are broken for editing.

The GUI for viewing/editing mountpoints shows each mountpoing source is the fstab entry and the destination field is empty.

The actual mountpoints seem to be working when I check via ssh, so just the GUI s broken.

The affected jails are normal (type = 'jail'). I have one pluginv2 jail, and its mountpoints are okay in the GUI.

I did the upgrade two different ways; the GUI and the iso. Strangely, the GUI update created a boot environment of 6.1G! The iso method created an environment of 755M, which is close to the other boot environments. I can't seem to delete either one. The GUI completes, but the envs are not deleted.

I updated the issue with additional information: the broken mountpoints are caused by the iocage fstab entries using spaces instead of tabs to separate the fields. I have no idea how they got spaces in the first place; I have never edited the fstab files.
