Upgrade from version 9.2.x to version 9.3 with new install of all server or not ?

I want to upgrade from version 9.2.x to version 9.3.
Is it batter to install all the server include create new volume etc or it's OK to only upgrade and upload the old configuration (i have backup of all my data)

You should be ok with a new install on usb stick and then restore your config.
