Hey,

I am running the latest Bluefin and would like to take Cobia out for a spin.
I am curious what is the expected "experience" with respect to the Apps?
In the past upgrades messed the apps up and they were lost even when booting the previous version. Can I expect something similar ?

Been running the cobia beta since its release - all my apps are working just fine.

Edit:
The Problem with the cobia beta is, that the apps backend changed and if you've started your apps on cobia they won't work on bluefin.
I saw some posts where people discribed problems with their apps after rollling back to bluefin.

Thanks for the reply.
Did you upgrade from bluefin or created everything on Cobia ?

At this point, it's probably best to wait the two more weeks to the RC release.

--edit: Even better, it's just four more days (unless there's a showstopper).

Today, I tried to upgrade from Bluefin to Cobia from the web interface.
When the system reboot It start to boot and then It failed to import the "boot-pool"
At the prompt, if I run /sbin/zpool list I get no pool found.

I tried to play with the bios setting (BIOS / UEFI), Nothing work.
Any clue?
For now, at the grub promo I selected Bluefin 22.12.4.2 and all is good.

Regards
