Upgrade from 9.10.2 to 11 broke Plex

Hey I'm having some trouble starting Plex post upgrade to 11-u3. I get the following errors in my console,

Sep 23 13:10:46 freenas uwsgi: [plugins.utils:88] Couldn't retrieve http://192.168.1.200/plugins/plexmediaserver/3/_s/status: timed out

This error happens when I go to the plugin page. Trying to start the plugin from that page fails and produces no output.

I've attempted to restart the jail and the machine but haven't had any luck. Any suggestions on where to look next?

It's a known bug. It'll be fixed in the next release.

Ah, no known workarounds then? Good thing I didn't delete it and try recreating the jail.

Is it next release as in, 11.0-u3 or 11.1?

It is safe to downgrade from 11.0 back to 9.10.2?

Also do you have a link to the issue on the FreeNAS issue tracker?

If you've just gone from 9 to 11, then yes, it's perfectly safe to downgrade by switching boot environments.

Thanks for the help. I was able to downgrade with no problem.

I'll try to upgrade for a later release.

Anyone have a link to the bug so I can see when it is fixed?
